Elizabeth Holmes‘s journey from Silicon Valley superstar to felon is slated to culminate Friday during a hearing in which a federal judge will sentence her.
The 38-year-old Ms. Holmes, who is pregnant with her second child, was convicted by a jury in January of four counts of criminal fraud for deceiving investors while running a yearslong scheme at Theranos Inc., a now-defunct startup she founded that claimed to have revolutionized blood testing.Â
